It seems like there are tons of recipes out there for decluttering and minimalism these days! Books, blogs, videos, and social media all seem to promise a better life if you just follow their advice.

I’ve been thinking about two things. First, having too much stuff, with few exceptions, isn’t really a disease; it’s more like a result of a society that tells us owning more makes life better. Second, like when we’re dealing with a headache or heartburn, we’re often looking for the quick fix, the magic pill that will solve everything instantly.

Finding clarity about what you truly want in life takes some time. And you need to create the space to think about it. This is how decluttering can lead to calmness and less time spent worrying about the things in your home. And the more you understand your true intentions, the more you’ll realize how little you actually need.

Start small, go at your own pace, and don’t hesitate to ask for help if you get stuck. And try to incorporate a dose of minimalism into your daily routine. This is the path to success!
